How do I use Zipible?
Once you've setup your account, you'll be able to add buttons to your profile that can be pushed online or by simply texting or tweeting the button name to us. Some buttons will already be created for you and waiting your personalized instructions. You'll also be able to create buttons for anything else in your life as well.

Wait...what do you mean by 'buttons'?
Buttons are essentially a magic keyword with a set of personalized instructions attached. When you say 'pizza' to us, we know you want a 'Dominos XL supreme pizza with a side of chicken wings'. When you say 'starbucks' to us, we know you want a 'Venti carmel macchiato with non-fat milk and no whip cream'. Each button is customizable to you with your personal instructions.

You can create these buttons for anything in your life. Online orders, local restaurants, household supplies, target runs, etc. Anything you can dream up that our team members can make happen.

Each time you order a button, you'll be able to edit your instructions at that time in case there are any changes or additions to your order.

How do I create an automatic button?
Each button can be setup to order automatically on a schedule. You can schedule your buttons daily, weekly or monthly. So now, you can have your 'starbucks' ordered & delivered everyday to your desk at 9am. You can have your 'flowers' button delivered to your home at 5pm every Friday evening. Automatically everytime. When you're editing each button, you'll see a drop down that allows you to put the button on repeat. Choose from that drop down and set your schedule accordingly.

How do I order my buttons?
You can order online by logging in and pushing your desired button on your profile. You can also order via text or using twitter. To use text, just text 'buttonname' to 415-969-2025 and we'll pick up your order. To use twitter, just tweet '@zipible buttonname' and we'll know what to do. With both ways, you'll receive a text message to confirm your order and make any changes before finalizing everything.

When is Zipible available?
Zipible is available 24/7 365 days a year. As long as a team member is available to process your order and they are able to make your order happen (location is open, product is available, etc.) we'll be there to help.

Is Zipible available in my town?
Zipible is available throughout the US & Canada for online & partner orders at this time. Local orders are available as long as we have local team members in your area. We need local team members in your town to process your orders, so please share this url (https://zipible.com/team) on Facebook, Twitter and anywhere else you think may be necessary to help us recruit individuals looking for work locally.

What can I order through Zipible?
Anything legal. This is an open platform, so if it's illegal, the Five-0 may pick up your order.

Who manages my orders & deliveries?
Most orders are managed by our local team members. Your order may also be handled by a partner who already has a delivery team in place, such as pizza places.

How much does it cost?
For local deliveries, our delivery fees start at $5 plus a 5% credit card fee on top of your order. When you confirm your order, you will be able to choose between 3 different fee types; Basic, Bonus & Zip. There are also pre-set flat fees for certain local items as well.
Basic:
You'll be paying our team members $.25/minute to pick up, purchase and deliver your order. This works out to $15/hour, but is billed by the minute.
Bonus:
With the Bonus structure, you'll be paying the same $.25/minute as you do with Basic. The main difference is that you'll also be able to add a bonus to encourage our team members to deliver your order to you within the set amount of time that you give them. When you confirm your order, you'll be able to set a percentage bonus along with an alotted time to achieve that bonus. If they deliver within that timeframe, the bonus will be added to your total and passed along to our team member.
Zip:
With Zip, the faster your request is completed, the less you pay overall...but the more our team members will earn over time. It's designed to align incentives for you and the team member.
· 15 mins or less = $.50/minute ($7.50 max)
· 30 mins or less = $.42/minute ($12.60 max)
· 45 mins or less = $.33/minute ($14.85 max)
· 45 mins or more = $.25/minute ($15/hour)

This encourages our team members to deliver your request as fast as possible. The faster they deliver to you, the more money they'll make.

In addition, the longer your order takes to deliver, the less you'll pay per minute.
Flat Fees:
Some items will have a flat price associated with them. All depending on the service provided by our team members. You will only pay the flat rate fee along with whatever associated product costs are involved.

If it's an online order or a partner order, there is a flat order fee depending on the order (usually around $3) plus a 5% credit card fee. We also work with partners to help with covering some of your fees. We'll let you know when that's available on each button.

How does payment work?
When you confirm your order, your credit card will be authorized for an estimated amount based on your purchase. Once your order is finalized, we'll charge your credit card the exact final amount.

What is a Zip Minute?
A Zip minute is how we get your orders delivered fast and your delivery fee low. If your order is delivered within 15 minutes of acceptance by a team member, you'll pay $.50/minute. If it takes them between 15-30 minutes, the fee is $.42/minute. Over 30 but under 45 minutes is $.33/minute. If it's over 45 minutes it's $.25/minute. The faster they get it to you the more money they make & the less you'll pay overall. The Zip Minute encourages our team members to prioritize your order and get it to you as fast as possible.

Who accepts my order?
All orders are managed by dedicated team members for your zip code. Each order is placed into our pending inbox for your zip code and a team member will accept your order and begin to process it. You can choose to automatically cancel your order if it has not been accepted within 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. You'll be able to make that selection on the order confirmation page.

How do I contact my team member?
You can simply reply to your team member by adding a note at the bottom of your order confirmation page. We will send your message to the team member managing your order and they can respond accordingly.

Can you deliver to my work address?
You betcha! When you order just add '@work' to the end of your button name. Each order defaults to your '@home' address, but you can create as many custom locations as you like and append them to your button name whenever you choose. (Ex: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]). You can also set a "current" location when you confirm your order. Just select "@current" in the deliver to area and enter your current address when confirming your order. We can deliver to any address you give us. Even if it's in the middle of a park. You'll just need to coordinate with your team member and everything will be taken care of from there.

I need to make changes to my order. What should I do?
If you've already confirmed your order, simply tell the team member what changes you need to make to your order. If it's a big change, the change may not be possible. However, we'll leave it up to you and the team member to coordinate.

Is tip required?
Tipping is not required. However, we encourage it as much as possible. Our team members count on tips as part of their earnings.

How do I become a team member?
You can apply to be a local team member here: https://zipible.com/team. Once you complete your application, your local team leader will be in contact with you to discuss everything further.

How long should my delivery take?
All orders are scheduled to take less than 1 hour. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer depending on what you're ordering and how busy the location is at the time of your order. If it's an internet order or a partner order, we don't have any control over delivery...only the ordering process. If a team member is involved, our payment structure encourages them to get your order to you as fast as possible. You pay less overall, but they earn more when they deliver fast.

Can I have something ordered and delivered anywhere?
Yes. You can order anything and have it delivered anywhere. Want to send flowers to your moms house ([email protected])? Want to send a telegram to your friend John ([email protected])? We can do it. Not a problem. As long as you have their address.

Can I order items from a store or from Craiglist and have them delivered?
Yes. Depending on what it is of course. You'll need to pay separately for Craigslist items, but our team members can pick up anything and deliver it to you as requested.

Why don't you have an app to download?
While you don't need an app to use Zipible, we'll be releasing our apps as soon as possible for your iPhone and your Android phone. Just know, we want everything to be simple so you can go back to the important things in your life and let us handle the rest. In the meantime, just text or tweet your order to us.

How do I contact support?
Just email us at [email protected] and we'll get back with you as soon as we can. Your support requests will be handled by a local representative.
